The magazine was a huge success, and she was awarded the title of “the youngest publisher in Africa”.
In 2019, she was appointed as the Major of the audiovisual Academy of Paris.
Today, she works as a journalist / TV and radio host. After the three years that she spent in France, she believes that she has acquired solid experience in not only French media such as TV IDF1, Radio Beur FM, Radio France Maghreb 2 or IRM Radio but also with international media such as the Algerian national TV channel Canal Algérie, Et Belarabi and MBC Trending as a correspondent.
Hanaa has hosted musical events at the Olympia, and more conventional events at the National Assembly around a theme that revolves around the place of women in modern and contemporary society. She is a dynamic young woman, sociable, curious and thirsty for
culture. She is endowed with a critical mind, the ability to analyse, synthesize and cultivate attention to detail.

Her skills include her remarkable fluency in French, English and Arabic in all its regional variants. She is also with equipped the basics of the Spanish language. She has perfectly mastered social networks as well as audio/video editing techniques. Hana works for Arabic mainstream tv as El djazairia One / Chourouk Tv.

OUTSET OF HER CAREER
In a new world filled with influencers of all kinds, Hana believes that we need more thought leaders and people who are keen on driving a positive change in society. Through her job, she wanted to be the voice of the people, and give a chance to those who are exploited.
Hana succumbed to the charms of journalism at a very young age. She feels that this profession allows her to live several lives in one. She is exposed to the lives of the people she talks to, interviews and writes about.
Of Algerian origin, Hana was dauntless in her approach and believed that one could do anything if they set their minds to it. She wanted to try my luck in France, in Paris, where she had to rely on herself amid all the obstacles. She started studying in the audiovisual sector and immediately she was spotted working for radio stations like Beur Fm / France Maghreb or even the IDF1 tv channel.
Then gradually, she found herself at the French National Assembly to host events related to the emancipation of women, or even on the stage of the mythical Olympia hall.
THE QUALITIES OF A TRUE LEADER
An outstanding leader in her own way, Hana is aware of what it takes to run a successful venture. She believes that the most important qualities a leader must possess are:
-anticipation & organisation
– a critical sense of communication & indulgence
– pass on his passion to his team and give them the chance to shine and to inspire
These qualities define a leader for who they are, and how they command their organisation.
HER SOURCE OF MOTIVATION AND INSPIRATION
It was not easy for an unknown foreigner to find a place for herself in a world as close as the audiovisual industry, especially when you want to succeed without anyone’s help and without making any concessions.
What motivated her to work harder was that she wanted to have a great story to tell her grandchildren and that she wanted to make her son, parents and husband proud.
She has always wanted to be an honourable ambassador, and bring pride and glory to her country Algeria. She is ever grateful to the people that believe in her and is even more grateful to the people that challenge/criticize her and push her to take the leap and prove them wrong.
