I remember when I was a kid watching the way my Dad could pick me up/take me home from school because he worked for himself. I remember thinking “I am going to work for myself one day!”
I started my entrepreneurial journey in my early 20’s! With an array of different side hustles while in college, I was introduced to network marketing at 21, and found my home.
The next decade of experience, growing, and leading an organization of over 10,000 people, gave me a degree in human behavior! It took me out of my comfort zone over and over, taught me how to overcome objections, learn how to public speak, and lead large international expansions. I had to understand consumer behavior and master the art of sales, in the most authentic way. I also had to learn how to train, lead, and create momentum with large sales teams. After working with thousands of people, I started honing in on creating rapid transformation in people and experienced how that translates into massive business growth.
Major leaders started coming to me to get their “mojo” back because I could quickly pull them out of any funk they were in. I realized that wasn’t sustainable though. I knew I couldn’t always give people a fish, I had to teach them how to fish on their own. Green Zone was then born. A simple system designed to tap into your most powerful energetic state. This methodology started to grow legs of its own and my name was passed around to other company’s/sales organizations and I expanded my reach and impact. And so began what has been such a beautiful journey of truly guiding people into tapping into their unlimited potential.
Today, I activate CEOs and entrepreneurs and the companies they run to achieve peak states of growth, success and impact by teaching them the importance of energy optimization, mission development, and sales/marketing strategy.
Have you ever watched a basketball player run up and down the court and effortlessly have one of those games where their shots just floated into the basket. Over and over and over. you can feel their energy and confidence, expectancy, detachment, and precision as they take each shot. They are just “tapped in” … it was effortless yet very practiced.
I help high performers understand how to get into that flow state. Maximize it. & Allow the times that they aren’t in it to serve their highest growth/evolution. When you understand energy. and how to tap into it at the highest level, it turns into a game. Add strategy and support to that game and it’s done.

I was featured in Success from Home Magazine for being one of the youngest to hit the top level of my company at age 23. I was then featured in Success from Home Magazine every year for the following 8 years for my continued accomplishments.
The pandemic has changed the global economy; consumer behavior has altered significantly.
The world is going through a major evolution right now, in so many ways. I think the entrepreneurs that have pivoted and stayed on their toes have been able to survive and many even thrive. My heart breaks for those that have gone through extremely tough times and have not been able to sustain/pivot. But I truly believe in silver linings, I know there are many still trying to find them in the midst of all of this, and I strive to help all those I can to find them, including myself daily!
I am very grateful my business could sustain online. I was actually able to expand and evolve in a very beautiful way. There were definitely challenges though, ones I am still facing.
It has been hard for me to feel the same level of fulfillment speaking to a computer screen all day in a home office and not having any human interaction. The challenge is – the fastest way to create transformation is to take people out of their environment, and that has not been possible for over 18 months. A lot of new systems had to be put together quickly to serve my clientele and keep them on their A game!
I will say, I am forever grateful for online platforms still allowing us to communicate through online programs/courses/trainings, even though immersive experiences have not been possible. Can I just say. There is nothing like being in the energy of a room full of entrepreneurs, with huge goals, hungry to learn, and ready to go to the next level. Just that energy allows for people to walk away fueled, add strategy and its game on. I am truly looking forward to the day where I can be on a stage again being a catalyst for transformation and mirror that shines light and energy back to sales organizations and aspiring entrepreneurs!
I don’t know if “balance” is something that I have ever been able to fully achieve. I think “harmony” has been more of a goal for me.
We are going to go through ebbs and flows in life and business where priorities shuffle. If you love what you do every day, then it is all one in the same. Entrepreneurship is not always glamorous, but it has always allowed me to create a life that is so fulfilling that work and play go hand in hand most days. That doesn’t mean it’s always “easy” but the goal is to make it fun regardless. Everything in my world gets turned into a game to create a level of enjoyment and achievement.
I think progression is something as humans we need to see in order to stay inspired. Home life, connection with friends/family, taking care of your health/vitality, getting out into nature, mindfulness, learning and growing. it all serves the inspiration and creation in business! One should serve the other. in a harmonious way. We are all human, that doesn’t always look perfect, but if we have fun enjoying the journey and finding ways to fuel our mind/body/spirit then we will show up in business with a level of perspective and energy that will serve the greater vision every time.
My advice is to SHINE YOUR LIGHT.
Yes, we live in a world that has catered to more of a masculine way of doing business, there is nothing wrong with that except in my opinion it’s working harder not smarter at times.
Feminine energy is intuitive, creative, grounded, and extremely magnetic. Masculine energy is strong, confident, logical, assertive, and very electric. When we as women embody both of these energies, we are able to dominate in business. We magnetize opportunities to us, see/feel things from a very intuitive place, and then execute with a clear vision and direction.
My rule is – BE. DO. Then HAVE.
“BE” meaning – Stay grounded, zoomed out, intuitive, playful, and enjoy the ride… “DO” meaning- Take action from a clear, intention place and execute with confidence.
The “having” is created from more of a space of Flow instead of Force when executed in this order.
The industries that I have had the privilege to serve over the last decade have been shifting rapidly to female leadership and it’s been fun to see the energetic evolution of that! Women, keep shining your light, owning your truth, and shifting this paradigm! It’s our time.
